When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date you signed up, your browser language, the country your request came from, and the page that sent you to us, if any.
To send you one invitation when Subtitle opens. That is the only purpose. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. We do not sell or share your email, and we do not add you to any other list.
Your email is stored in the European Union, with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site and acts as our processor. Cloudflare may still route requests through servers outside the EU when serving the site; such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We count visits to this site with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites.
Until Subtitle opens and we have sent you the invitation, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@usesubtitle.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
